card-processing fee on every payment, as it does on any platform. That fee is
Stripe’s, it is deducted before the money reaches your account, and we never
add to it or take a share of it. Stripe publishes its rates at

Pebble: Core £25/mo + 3% per booking, Premium £35/mo + 2.5%, both
+VAT, priced on a full-year commitment; enterprise quoted.
Bookwhen: paid tiers with a monthly booking cap on each (300, 800,
1,800, 4,000). Its free plan is limited to “Free events only”, so
it is not an option for a club taking payment. Bookwhen takes no cut of your
payments.
ClassForKids does not publish its rates; its own materials say
transaction fees are “estimates only” and are
“confirmed by your Account Manager”, which is why we show it as
quote-based rather than guessing a number.
Rows other than price (features, safeguarding, lock-in) are our reading of
each product, not quoted figures. Plans change often, so check the latest
before deciding. We would rather be accurate than flattering: if anything
here is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
