For swim schools

Swim school software built for stages, not gym memberships.

A swim school's whole shape is progression: a child sits in Stage 3 until they are moved to Stage 4, and the waiting list for the next stage is the business. Generic booking software has no idea any of that is happening. This is a management and booking system that does.

Your words, not ours

A page for swim schools should name the things swim schools deal with. These are here because the product handles them, not because they rank.

How RocketClass fits swim schools

The things that make swim schools different, and what the product does about each one.

A class per stage

Stage 1 through Stage 7 are separate classes with their own capacities, ages and prices. Small ratios are just a low capacity.

Lesson scheduling across pools and teachers

Each lesson has its own day, time, venue and teacher, so a Saturday at the leisure centre and a Tuesday at the school pool sit side by side on one timetable, and every teacher gets a register for just their lessons.

Moving a swimmer up

Move a booking from one class to another and the place, the register and the parent's record all follow. The place they leave is offered to your waiting list automatically.

Waiting lists that actually run

Full stage? Parents join the list themselves. When a place frees up it is offered out without you emailing anyone.

Termly and rolling both work

Run fixed terms, or keep a rolling weekly lesson going with monthly instalments. Both bill without chasing.

Poolside registers

The register works on a phone at the side of the pool, with medical notes and emergency contacts one tap away.

What it costs

One flat price, whatever you run

£29 or £59 a month, published on our pricing page, with a 14-day free trial. The price does not change with how many children you teach or how many classes you run.

No cut of your bookings: card payments go straight into your own Stripe account and you keep 100% of every booking. Only Stripe’s standard card fee applies, as it does anywhere.

Questions swim schools ask us

Is this a full swim school management system or just booking?

Both halves. Parents book and pay online; you get the timetable, per-lesson registers, waiting lists, stage moves, medical notes and payment tracking in one admin. It is not an accounts package and does not do payroll.

Can it schedule lessons across pools and teachers?

Yes. Every lesson carries its own venue, day, time and teacher, so a school running at three pools with six teachers has one timetable and each teacher sees a register for their own lessons.

Is there an app for parents?

There is no app to install. Parents book, pay and see their swimmer's classes on your booking page, which works on any phone and can be saved to the home screen. Nothing to update.

Can I move a swimmer up a stage mid-term?

Yes, and the place they vacate is offered to the waiting list automatically.

Do you support small teacher-to-swimmer ratios?

Set the capacity of each class to your ratio. Bookings stop at that number, and the rest go to the waiting list.

Can parents pay monthly instead of per term?

Yes, with a payment plan that charges the card automatically. Failed payments are retried and you are told.
