For drama and stage schools

Drama school software for term classes, production blocks and audition intakes.

A stage school's year is not flat. There are weekly classes, then a production block with extra rehearsals, then a showcase, then auditions for the next intake.

Your words, not ours

A page for drama and stage schools should name the things drama and stage schools deal with. These are here because the product handles them, not because they rank.

How RocketClass fits drama and stage schools

The things that make drama and stage schools different, and what the product does about each one.

Weekly classes by age

Juniors, seniors and musical theatre are separate classes with their own ages, times and prices.

Production and rehearsal blocks

Run the rehearsal period as its own dated term at its own price, with only the cast on the register.

Showcase and ticket terms

Sell a showcase or workshop as a one-off dated session that parents book like anything else.

Photo and video consent

Consent is captured per child and shown on the register, which matters when you are filming a showcase.

Waiting lists for a full intake

When a class is full, parents join the list and are offered places in order as they come up.

What it costs

One flat price, whatever you run

£29 or £59 a month, published on our pricing page, with a 14-day free trial. The price does not change with how many children you teach or how many classes you run.

Questions drama and stage schools ask us

Can I charge separately for a production block?

Yes. Run it as its own dated term with its own price, and only invite the cast.

How is photo consent handled?

Parents answer it once per child and it shows on every register for that child.
