Terms of service
Last updated: 9 August 2026
These terms cover your use of RocketClass, whether you are a parent booking classes or a club running them. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them.
What RocketClass is
RocketClass is a booking platform. Clubs list their classes, set their prices and policies, and run their sessions; parents book and pay through the platform. Each club is an independent business: your booking contract is with the club, on the club’s published policies, and the club is responsible for delivering its sessions and for the care of children attending them.
For parents
- Keep your account details, your children’s details and your emergency contacts accurate; clubs rely on them to run sessions safely.
- Payments are taken by the club through Stripe. Refunds and cancellations follow the club’s published policies, shown on its booking page before you pay.
- Your sign-in link is personal; don’t share it.
For clubs
- You are responsible for your listings being accurate, your sessions being delivered as described, and your own legal obligations, including safeguarding, insurance and any registrations your activity requires.
- Information you receive about families through the platform is yours to protect: use it only to run your sessions, keep it secure, and honour the retention behaviour described in our privacy policy.
- Platform fees and any subscription you choose are shown before you commit. Payments from parents go to your own Stripe account; you are the merchant of record.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the platform: no unlawful content or activity, no attempts to break or probe security, no scraping other people’s data, no impersonation. We can suspend accounts that put families, clubs or the platform at risk.
The service
We work to keep RocketClass available and fast, but it is provided as-is; we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for losses connected to the platform is limited to the fees the affected club paid us in the twelve months before the claim; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We are not a party to, and not liable under, the booking contract between a parent and a club.
Ending things
Parents can delete their account at any time from the account page. Clubs can cancel their subscription at any time from Settings; listings close to new bookings and existing bookings run to their end. Data is then handled as the privacy policy describes.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms materially we will tell account holders by email. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: [email protected].
