RocketClass vs Coacha

Coacha prices fairly and publishes it. The difference is what the product is shaped around.

Coacha: sports club management software with a free tier for small clubs and published monthly plans.

Coacha deserves credit: it publishes its prices, including a free tier for clubs of up to 50 members. It is built around sports clubs and their members; the question for a children's class business is whether member-shaped software fits term-shaped work.

When to choose Coacha instead

If you run a membership sports club, especially one under 50 members where Coacha is free, and your world is attendance and member admin rather than termly classes, Coacha is a fair product at a fair price.

Questions people actually ask

Isn't Coacha's free tier the obvious choice for a small club?

If you are under 50 members and the Lite limits fit (one staff login, capped emails, one form), it is genuinely hard to argue with free, and we will not try. The question is what happens at member 51, and whether the jump lands you in a product shaped for your kind of club.

What does Coacha do better?

Price at the small end, and member administration for sports clubs: attendance, comms and safeguarding record-keeping around a membership.

What is a good Coacha alternative for a children's class business?

One shaped around terms rather than memberships: parents book a child into a term, sibling discounts are built in, Pro adds instalments, and the waiting list offers places out by itself. That is what we do, at £29 or £59 a month, published.
