For forest schools
Forest school sessions booked online, registers that work under the trees.
A forest school sells a morning in the woods to parents who want to know about the fire, the tools and the kit list before they book. Consent, medical notes and a register you can read on a phone in the rain matter more than a slick checkout.

Your words, not ours
A page for forest schools should name the things forest schools deal with. These are here because the product handles them, not because they rank.
How RocketClass fits forest schools
The things that make forest schools different, and what the product does about each one.
✓Sessions by the term or the day
Sell a termly place in a weekly group, a one-off taster or a holiday programme. Each has its own capacity, set to your leader-to-child ratio.
✓Consent and medical notes at booking
Parents give consent and enter allergies, medical needs and emergency contacts when they book, so nothing is collected on a clipboard at the gate.
✓Registers in the woods
The register runs on a phone: who is here, who has an allergy, who to ring. No laptop, no printout.
✓Groups by age
Toddler, pre-school and school-age groups are separate classes with their own ages, times and prices.
✓Kit lists and outdoor policies up front
Put what to wear, what to bring and your fire and tool rules in the class description, so parents read them before they pay.
✓Waiting lists per group
Full? Parents add themselves to the list and the next place is offered out automatically when someone leaves.
What it costs
One flat price, whatever you run
£29 or £59 a month, published on our pricing page, with a 14-day free trial. The price does not change with how many children you teach or how many classes you run.
No cut of your bookings: card payments go straight into your own Stripe account and you keep 100% of every booking. Only Stripe’s standard card fee applies, as it does anywhere.
Questions forest schools ask us
Can parents book a single taster before committing to a term?
Yes. A taster is a class in its own right, with its own price and capacity, and parents book it the same way as a term.
Are medical notes and consent collected before the first session?
Yes. Parents add each child's allergies, medical notes and contacts when they book, and give explicit consent for you to see them. It is all on the register before anyone arrives.
Does the register work without signal?
It needs a connection to load and to save attendance, so take the register where there is signal. There is no app to install; it runs in the phone's browser.
